Thanks to the 1-sided coating of the pressure-distributing foam, a perfect surface finish is achieved without sanding through, e.g. in lacquer sanding
Due to the extremely high flexibility, the FormFlex mats achieve the best possible sanding result (dry and wet sanding) in the most difficult areas, e.g. when sanding primers, sanding plastics before the foundation application, foundation sanding and matting of lacquers etc.

KA.EF. Foam backing abrasives are used today in all applications (dry and wet) where a flexible abrasive is required. They are the solution to many grinding problems. Simple, fast and safe. Special attention should be paid to the direct coating of the foam with abrasive grain, which results in a considerably finer sanding pattern.
