Application

Thanks to the 1-sided coating of the pressure-distributing foam, a perfect surface is achieved without sanding through, e.g. in paint sanding.
Due to their extremely high flexibility, FormFlex mats achieve the best possible sanding results (dry and wet sanding) in the most difficult areas, e.g. when sanding primers, sanding plastics before applying fillers, sanding fillers and matting lacquers etc.

KA.EF. Abrasives on foam backing are used today in all applications (dry and wet) where a flexible abrasive is required. They are the solution to many sanding problems. Simple, fast and safe. Special attention should be paid to the fact that by coating the foam directly with abrasive grain, a considerably finer sanding pattern is achieved.
