Field of applicationandnspsp;

KA.EF. Sanding mats are coated on 2 sides and achieve perfect adaptation to the work piece without sanding through thanks to the pressure distributing foam. Particularly suitable for the processing (dry and wet sanding) of paint, fountain rollers and varnishes and also for sanding of underground surfaces, flooring;and profiles, wood sanding before varnishing, intermediate varnish sanding on curves, flattened surfaces, profiles, racks, sanding of small varnish defects or also the fine sanding of wood after the wound.

  • approx. 123 x 98 x 12mm
  • 2-sided silicon carbide
  • open foam soft / better service life

From KA.EF.

KA.EF. Foam backing abrasives are used today in all applications (dry and wet) where a flexible abrasive is required. They are the solution to many grinding problems. Simple, fast and safe. Special attention should be paid to the direct coating of the foam with abrasive grain, which results in a considerably finer sanding pattern.

The trundauml;ger is foam. This is why scattered grain and the achieved grinding pattern differ in comparison to sandpaper

We therefore state Grit = scattered grit / image = corresponds approximately to the grinding pattern of sandpaper (e.g. grit 100 with abrasives on foam = comparable sandpaper approx. p 220).
