Thanks to the 1-sided coating of the pressure-distributing foam, a perfect surface is achieved without sanding through, e.g. in paint sanding.
Due to their extremely high flexibility, FormFlex mats achieve the best possible sanding results (dry and wet sanding) in the most difficult areas, e.g. when sanding primers, sanding plastics before applying fillers, sanding fillers and matting lacquers etc.

KA.EF. Abrasives on foam backing are used today in all applications (dry and wet) where a flexible abrasive is required. They are the solution to many sanding problems. Simple, fast and safe. The carrier is foam. Therefore, scattered grit and the achieved grinding pattern differ in comparison to sandpaper.
We therefore state Grit = scattered grit / image = corresponds approximately to the grinding pattern of sandpaper (e.g. grit 100 for abrasives on foam = comparable sandpaper approx. p 220).
