Important notice: A natural leather must not be used dry. It must first be completely dry for optimal absorption of water. Then wring the leather out to the desired residual moisture. Now the leather is ready for use and is thoroughly wrung to ensure optimum water absorption. New chamois leathers only develop their full absorbency after repeated use. Before this happens, it is essential to wash out the tanning beds with very good spundup.
