The new useit®-Superfinishing-Pad sg2 differs from the useit®-Superfinishing-Pad sg, which is provided with a fine abrasive net, in that the abrasive grain carrier consists of a closed fabric. Due to its more stable surface, the useit®-Superfinishing-Pad sg2 is therefore better suited for removing paint runners, removing dust inclusions, processing and smoothing orange peel, for the Smart Repair process to level transitions, for vehicle preparation and for grinding stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
Both pads are suitable for wet and dry grinding. When processing materials with a very high dust accumulation in dry grinding, we recommend the useit® Superfinishing Pad sg due to the open structure of the abrasive surface (abrasive net), as this guarantees continuous dust extraction through the pad.Advantages - On foam pad
