When using hand sanding machines, the useit®-Superfinishing-Pad sg offers up to 6 times higher surface sanding performance for finish sanding compared to conventional abrasives.
Due to the special and novel structure of the useit® Superfinishing-Pad sg developed by us, a wide variety of materials such as solid surface materials, paints, lacquers, acrylic glass, but also parquet or plastic floors can be processed absolutely dust-free and with a minimum of time and abrasives. Even sensitive surfaces can be processed without any problems.
On stainless steel and non-ferrous metals, matt or high-gloss surfaces can be achieved in a short time with relatively little work using the useit®-Superfinishing-Pad sg - without the addition of polishing paste. But also in the automotive industry, the useit®-Superfinishing Pad is excellently suited for paint preparation. Due to the multi-layer structure of the useit®-Superfinishing Pad, fluctuations in the grinding pressure or unevenness in the workpiece or grinding plate are compensated
