Description

Abrasive sponge 4-sided; grit 150~ p280 100 x70 x 27 mm

Field of application
andnspsp;

Thanks to the 4-sided coating of the pressure-distributing foam, the grinding shrink discs are ideal for the processing of foundations, edges and flanges. They are very aggressive and robust while maintaining the same surface structure

Abrasive sanding machines are used (dry and wet sanding) in the wood, paint and varnish processing industry for sanding paint, foundations and other materials;old lacquer, when sanding wood, metal, plastic before the application of paint, when sanding paint in and on foundation and on the floor, as well as when removing paint coatings and coating flaws, when sanding the intermediate lacquer and sanding out lacquer flaws.

Material

  • approx. 100x70x27mm
  • 4-sided aluminium oxide
  • Foam medium firm

Foam backing abrasives are used today in all applications (dry and wet) where a flexible abrasive is required. They are the solution to many grinding problems. Simple, fast and safe. Special attention should be paid to the direct coating of the foam with abrasive grain, which results in a considerably finer sanding pattern.

The trundauml;ger is foam. This is why scattered grain and the achieved grinding pattern differ in comparison to sandpaper

We therefore state Grit = scattered grit / image = corresponds approximately to the grinding pattern of sandpaper (e.g. grit 100 with abrasives on foam = comparable sandpaper approx. p 220).
